A purchaser must provide accurate contact, kit shipment and transaction approval kit-order record and use a transaction approval method they are authorised to use. Questions involving activity desk, stretch, intended activity, footwear fit and equipment use should be raised before submission.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, VELTIQUEN provides or pays for the reasonable gear return route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.
